Versatile Hermetic Sealing Solution

A bespoke kit of equipment consists of a separate Lid Tack Station with an advanced pattern recognition system for lid positioning and the main line enclosed in a modular glovebox for providing a high-grade inert gas environment. Main units of the line are a large vacuum outgassing (baking) chamber and two separate matrix roller welding and 4/5 axis laser. A kit includes auxiliary units for inert gas recirculation, oxygen and dewpoint monitors, and other options.Versatility and modularity of the kit allowed the customer to process packages of many kinds and shapes, including HTCC and covar GTMS, as well as lightweight alloy casings of rectangular, round, and cylindrical shapes.
